Yesterday, I was lazy. I read and watched TV all day. I did do about five loads of laundry, but that wasn't that much of an effort. Yesterday afternoon, I decided that I would move my stationary bike to the living room so that I can ride it while I watch TV. I rode it yesterday and today. My plan is to ride it five miles everyday. I hope I can keep it up. I know it's not as good as the treadmill, but I will be more motivated to keep it up.
With my new position came a move to another floor. To get in the door, you have to have a key card. This afternoon, I was by myself, and I heard a knock at the door. You will never guess who was at the door. My former boss. I was so excited to see him. Another one of my former bosses was already there. It was so great to see both of them. I almost started crying when they left. I miss our old gang so much. It's just not the same. Hopefully, in about nine months, we will all be back together again. I can't say anything about how we'll be back together, because I'm not sure of all of the details, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed. A little hint...my bosses had a one year non-compete clause in their contract.
Tomorrow, I'm getting a new desk. I've been sitting at a counter that looks like a desk. Maybe after I get settled at my new desk, I'll feel like part of the department.
Tonight, the temperature is going to be in the 50's. That's about 20 degrees lower that it has been. I am so ready for fall. I'm ready for corduroys, sweaters, wool skirts, turtlenecks, and tights. When can one legally start wearing suede shoes? I know corduroy is okay after October 1 and wool is okay after the first frost.
I hope everyone has a great Tuesday.

Well I would say you can wear suede as soon as you start wearing fall clothes! Many shoe stores sell suede in the spring in pastel colors! Hope the job just continues to get better!! xoxo
